You can recover your username if you forget it.


Forgot Username

1.  Visit the portal Welcome page.

2.  Click the Log in button.

3.  Select Forgot UserName or Password.

4.  In the blue highlighted box, select "If you've forgotten your username, click here."

5.  Enter the email address that you used when you created your profile. 

Important: If you did not provide an email address when you created your profile we will not be able to send your account information. If your email is not correct, you may contact us at the Contact Us page to send you this information.

6.  Upon success you will receive the following:

Your username information has been sent to the email address provided.
