Different types of activities (i.e. swimming, basketball, golf, etc) can be added to the portal manually or via syncing a smart device.  If you have a smart device synced this will automatically update your records to reflect the activity you've done and no further action is required.  By default a smart device will record steps.  If you'd like your device to record a specific activity, be sure to change your settings before you start.  If you'd like to track your results manually, then these items can also be added to the portal through the Count Activities widget.  Note that tracking with a smart device and manually entering your history on the portal can skew your activity level and provide inaccurate or doubled tracking results.


Adding Activities

  1.   Depending on your program, the Count Activities widget may be located on the Welcome page or Activity page (Track - Activity)
  2.   Locate the Count Activities widget
  3.   Choose your Activity from the menu
  4.   Fill the Date field, or use the arrow selection to toggle between dates
  5.   Enter your Minutes
  6.   Click the Add button
